Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our the most important task, after receive the package, anroo offer 30 days return service.
We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included and all products are in good condition.
Maybe few products were damaged in long distance transport ,you can report to us in 30 days with photos since you received package .We will refund to you in 7-10 days. Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under Anroo warranty:
- Missing Item: items missed completely or partially from an order.
- Damage: physical damage on products’ surface.
- Wrong Product Received: product that is completely different from Anroo.com web description.
Remarks
- For “missing”,products,please weight package when you received and reported the weight to “wholesale@anroo.com” in 30 days since package arrived.
- For “damage” and “wrong” product received should be reported to “wholesale@anroo.com” with photos in 30 days since package arrived.
Please check the products carefully when you just received the parcel. Please inform us immediately when you find something abnormal.
Please keep in touch with us before your after sale Request is resolved. Once the application has not been updated more than 30 days, we will regard it as being given up on customers own initiative and the case will be closed automatically.
