1. All EU countries are required to provide IOSS. When placing an order, please write the IOSS in “Order notes”，Or send email to ” wholesale@anroo.com “with the order number and IOSS.
2. Indonesia: required to provide recipient’s tax ID (locally referred to as “NPWP“), full name: NPWP Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak. If the recipient does not have a tax number, other forms of identification can be used: if you are a local Indonesian, please provide the Indonesian national ID card number (NIK Nomor Induk kependukan) or Indonesian driver’s license, if you are a foreigner (not an Indonesian national), provide the recipient’s passport number. When placing an order, please write the NPWP (or other forms of identification) in “Order notes”，Or send email to ” wholesale@anroo.com “with the order number and NPWP (or other forms of identification).
